French Mirror from the Loire, circa 1870

This lovely, antique French mirror from the Loire valley dates from around 1870. It is in excellent condition for its age and maintains its original bevelled plate. As you can see, the frame retains most of its original gold leaf, with just traces of the bole showing through where the effects of age are pleasingly discernible.
