Forged in England, every step of their manufacture, from the making of the 18th century style flat head rivets to the mixing of the paints, is done by hand... and how it shows. Even the steel they are made from is custom rolled to give the double-round edge profile you would expect to find on an piece of garden furniture from the 1700s. These garden seats announce themselves immediately to the discerning eye. Every detail is absolutely right and absolutely striking.

One of our favourite finishes is shown here, a pale sage green over a dark green base; the top coat then 'rubbed back' to reveal traces of the dark green beneath, and to allow traces of rust to develop. Many other colours and other finishes are available; white, duck-egg blue and black are all very striking.
The distressing is also optional, and a plain solid finish can be ordered. Please call for details, and we will finish the bench to your exact specifications.
